The customer distributes diesel nationwide across a long supply chain — barge transfer, road-tanker haulage and repeated tank handling between receipt and dispatch. In such a chain, fuel is exposed to secondary contamination at every stage, and by the time it reaches a depot, its cleanliness depends heavily on which route it travelled.

The country's hot, humid climate compounds the problem: accelerated microbial growth in storage tanks, steadily accumulating particulate and gum. The result was a fuel brand whose quality varied by site — the opposite of what a distribution network promises its customers.

The Jingyuan Solution

A Distributed Purification Network.

One JY-DX40 high-flow purification system was installed at each of the three depots, connected inline in series at the loading-pump discharge. Every loading operation now passes fuel through the filtration system before it enters the road tanker — outbound fuel is deep-filtered before it ever leaves the site.

Each unit runs at 40 m³/h — sized to the peak demand of single-truck loading, so purification adds no waiting time to dispatch operations.

The units also operate in dual mode: fixed inline for continuous outbound purification, or temporarily connected to a specific tank for circulation polishing when a problem tank needs recovery treatment — flexible response to sudden quality deviations.

Membrane Technology

Particles and Water, One Membrane.

The JY-DX40 uses Jingyuan's rigid composite polymer membrane. The membrane material is inherently oleophilic and hydrophobic — it efficiently intercepts particulate contamination while co-removing trace free water, achieving solid-liquid dual removal in a single pass and keeping outbound fuel clear and bright.

Unlike disposable cartridge media, the membrane is designed for repeated gas-pulse regeneration — restored in place instead of replaced at every clog, with a designed service life of 2–3 years. For a three-site network, this means no continuous cartridge logistics chain between depots.
