Diesel fuel farms for mining and remote sites.

Diesel filtration and fuel polishing systems for mine-site fuel farms, camp power and remote bulk storage. Dust, water and microbial contamination load is high and logistics are long — regenerable membrane filtration keeps fuel clean without a cartridge resupply chain, with reduced on-site civil works.

Direct Answer

Diesel filtration and fuel polishing for mine-site fuel farms, camp power and remote bulk storage. Regenerable membrane filtration handles high dust, water and microbial contamination loads without a cartridge resupply chain; containerised configurations such as the JY-Q325 are used where conventional civil works are impractical.

Mine-Site Problems We Address

What Goes Wrong at a Mine Fuel Farm.

01
Dust & Particulates
Mine dust enters tank breathers and fill points during delivery and storage — a continuous particulate load conventional cartridges struggle to keep up with.
02
Water in Every Delivery
Long-haul road or air logistics, temperature swings and vented tanks mean free water arrives with the fuel and accumulates in storage.
03
Cartridge Resupply Chain
Conventional filtration at a remote site means flying or trucking cartridges in — every element change is a logistics event with lead time and downtime.
04
High Equipment Stakes
Haul trucks, drills and gensets run on common-rail injection — injector damage from contaminated fuel is one of the most expensive failure modes on site.
05
B20–B50 Biodiesel Blends
Mine sites increasingly run biodiesel blends for emissions and supply reasons. Blend duty is handled as a diesel / biodiesel blend filtration application — compatibility depends on the specific fuel properties, contamination profile and system configuration, and is confirmed against your fuel specification.
Where Filtration Belongs

Points of Defence at the Mine.

POINT 1
At Fuel Receiving
Filter as tankers unload into the bulk farm — intercept dust and water before they enter your main inventory.
POINT 2
Bulk Tank Circulation
Continuous polishing loop on the main farm keeps long-residence fuel within spec — the core Jingyuan duty at mine sites.
POINT 3
Before Dispensing
Final filtration at the bowser or day tank protects common-rail equipment at the last step before combustion.

For remote operations, Jingyuan systems are used as part of a fuel cleanliness management strategy — regenerable filtration removes the cartridge logistics chain entirely.

  • 1
    Contaminated bunker / day-tank fuel

Dust, water and microbial load enter with delivery and storage.

  • 2
    CIS membrane separation

Rigid composite polymer membrane strips free water and captures particulates at room temperature.

  • 3

Compressed-air pulses clear the membrane — no cartridge resupply to a remote site.

FAQ

Mining fuel farms — common questions.

Why containerised for a mine site?

The 20ft JY-Q325 arrives as a sealed, explosion-proof station. It is lifted into place, connected and commissioned with minimal building work — reducing dependence on concrete pads and on-site construction where civil works are slow or expensive. Final site preparation depends on ground conditions, lifting access and local requirements.

How is it explosion-proof?

JY-Q325 ships with an explosion-proof motor and electrical switches as standard, suitable for the hazardous-area classification typical of fuel farms and loading areas. JY-DX40 offers the same as standard on a skid format.

What about remote resupply?

Because the CIS membrane regenerates by gas pulse, there are no filter cartridges to stock or fly in. Operating cost is dominated by electricity, not consumables.

Which Jingyuan systems suit a mine fuel farm?

JY-Q325 (40 m³/h, containerised, explosion-proof as standard) is the default for camp fuel farms and off-grid sites. JY-DL60 serves high-flow transfer at the regional supply base, JY-DX40 suits fixed plant installations, and the wheeled JY-G100 covers multi-tank rotation at smaller fuel points.

Can one system serve multiple tanks on site?

Yes — fixed systems serve multiple tanks via a circulation manifold, and the wheeled JY-G100 can be moved between tanks in rotation where a dedicated system per tank is not justified.

What utilities does it need on a remote site?

Q325 and DX40 need electrical supply for the explosion-proof pump motor plus compressed air for gas-pulse backwash. DL60 is pipeline-driven (0.2–0.4 MPa, customer-supplied pump) with no onboard motor — requirements are confirmed against your site utilities during engineering review.

Questions We Can Help Answer

Real Mine-Site Questions.

Containerised or fixed skid for our fuel farm?
Containerised Q325 where there is no building or civil works budget; fixed DX40 where a permanent plant installation with infrastructure exists.
How do we stop hauling cartridges to site?
The regenerable membrane eliminates the cartridge resupply chain — gas-pulse backwash clears the element in place, so operating cost is electricity, not consumables.
Where does contamination actually enter our fuel?
Delivery tankers, tank breathers in dusty air, and condensation from temperature swings. A defence at receiving plus a circulation loop covers all three.
Can we filter during transfer from the supply base?
Yes — the pipeline-driven DL60 filters at 60 m³/h during transfer, so fuel arrives at the mine farm already cleaned.
