Fuel filtration and polishing systems for fuel depots, tank farms, blending terminals and bulk diesel storage. Sediment, water and oxidised gum accumulate in long-term storage — continuous circulation purification keeps stored fuel within spec without batch treatment or disposable cartridges.
Diesel fuel filtration and polishing for fuel depots, tank farms, blending terminals and bulk storage. Continuous circulation purification removes the sediment, free water and oxidised gum that accumulate during long-term storage, keeping fuel within specification without batch treatment or disposable filter cartridges. Systems are configured from 5 m³/h to 60 m³/h to match inventory and turnover.

For large fuel storage facilities, Jingyuan systems are used as part of a fuel cleanliness management strategy rather than relying only on the final engine filter.
Continuous polishing of stored inventory. The standard depot duty for DX40 / DL60.
Filtration during receiving or dispatch — intercepts contamination at custody transfer.
JY-G100 wheeled between tanks in rotation — economical for smaller terminals.
| Tank / Farm Volume | Recommended Starting Point | Circulation Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 100 m³ | JY-DX5 · 5 m³/h | Full volume in ~20 h |
| 100–500 m³ | JY-DX40 · 40 m³/h | 500 m³ in ~12 h |
| 500–1,000 m³ | JY-Q325 · 40 m³/h (containerised) | Field terminals · reduced civil works |
| 1,000 m³+ depot | JY-DL60 · 60 m³/h, or multiple units duty/standby | Continuous high-throughput loop |
Guideline only — circulate the full tank volume in 4–24 hours depending on fuel condition. Confirm with our engineering team.
Long residence time and blending invite sediment and gum.
Continuous loop stripping of free water and particulates.
Automatic surface clearing sustains flux without element swaps.
Dispatched fuel meets cleanliness targets consistently.
Both. Systems run as a continuous circulation loop on the tank farm or as batch polishing during transfer and loading.
Gas-pulse regeneration clears the membrane of sludgy deposits that would blind a cartridge — the dominant failure mode in stored fuel.
The DL60 is driven by a customer-supplied pump through the existing pipeline pressure (inlet 0.2–0.4 MPa, DN100 PN16 main-line interface; no onboard pump is included), requiring low auxiliary energy beyond backwash gas, suited to high-throughput depot duty.
JY-DX40 (40 m³/h skid) and JY-DL60 (60 m³/h large-flow hub) are the primary depot choices. JY-Q325 serves remote or temporary terminals where a containerised, no-civil-works installation is required. DX40 and Q325 ship with explosion-proof motors and electrical switches as standard.
Yes — fixed systems serve multiple tanks via a circulation manifold, and the mobile JY-G100 can be wheeled between tanks in rotation where a dedicated system per tank is not justified.
Biodiesel blends such as B20 / B30 / B50 can be evaluated for fuel-quality management — water management, particulate contamination and storage contamination. Blend compatibility is confirmed according to your fuel specification.
