Choose DX40 when the installation is primarily a fixed filtration or tank circulation project. Choose Q325 when deployment conditions require a more self-contained, field-oriented and explosion-proof configuration.

DX40 vs DL60

Pump-Driven vs Pipeline-Driven.

JY-DX40 — Pump-Driven
Includes an integrated 7.5 kW pump (380V/50Hz). Self-contained: connect inlet/outlet and power, and the system circulates independently. Best for fixed tank-circulation projects without existing pipeline pressure.
JY-DL60 — Pipeline-Driven
Large-flow skid hub relying on customer-supplied pipeline pressure, with inlet pressure 0.2–0.4 MPa. Designed for depots, ports and power plants where pumping infrastructure already exists. Higher throughput (60 m³/h), larger footprint (≈5.5 m²).
Important

DL60 is not simply "a bigger DX40". It requires appropriate customer-side pumping and pipeline conditions. If your site does not already have this infrastructure, DX40 or Q325 may be a more practical starting point.

DX5 vs G100

Compact Skid vs Mobile Trolley.

JY-DX5 — Compact Skid
5 m³/h compact multi-function skid. Semi-permanent placement beside one tank or generator set. Higher flow than G100, multi-stage filtration in one frame.
JY-G100 — Mobile Trolley
2.5 m³/h wheeled trolley. No installation at all — wheel it between multiple tanks, service points or remote sites. The flexible choice when one fixed system cannot cover every tank.

Real Buyer Questions.

Can DX40 and Q325 handle the same flow?

Yes. Both are listed at 40 m³/h, but their deployment formats and installation concepts differ. DX40 is presented as a skid-mounted system, while Q325 is a containerised skid station intended for field and remote deployment.

Is DL60 simply a larger DX40?

No. The comparison data lists DL60 as a large-flow skid hub using customer-supplied pump/pipeline pressure, while DX40 includes a 7.5 kW pump configuration.

Which system is best for a remote site?

Q325 is listed for field, mining camps and off-grid applications, while G100 is positioned for mobile and field use at a smaller 2.5 m³/h flow.
