The JY-DX5 is a compact diesel fuel polishing system rated 5 m³/h with CIS rigid membrane, 2–15 μm filtration and ≥95% free-water removal. Designed for small storage tanks and mobile applications, it features gas-pulse backwash regeneration with zero disposable cartridge requirements and 2–3 year membrane service life.

Water, sludge and particulates enter with the fuel stream.
Rigid composite polymer membrane captures particles and strips free water.
Compressed air clears the membrane surface — no cartridges.
Fuel returns at target cleanliness.
JY-DX5 is right when flow demand is small (day tanks, backup generators, small tank farms) and mobility matters more than throughput. Data-center standby diesels are a typical fit — see the data-center application guide.
Need higher throughput? See JY-DX40 (40 m³/h) — with optional VFD for adjustable operation down to lower flow rates.
For applications requiring flow rates below or around the JY-DX5 capacity, Jingyuan can evaluate custom configurations according to fuel type and operating requirements. Explore Custom Flow →
It addresses condensate water ingress and ultrafine mechanical impurity contamination that accelerate corrosion and wear, affecting fuel system stability and injection precision.
Pure physical phase separation based on the oleophilic and hydrophobic properties of the polymer rigid composite membrane. Free-water removal efficiency reaches ≥95% at room temperature.
After purification, diesel cleanliness can be stably improved to NAS 6.
In a low-pressure environment of 0.2–0.4 MPa, the rated flow reaches 5 m³/h (5000 L/h).
Low-consumable logic: the rigid membrane element is cleanable and regenerable, typically lasting 2–3 years, reducing OPEX. The skid-mounted modular design has a small footprint and works as an independent mobile unit.
Diesel, kerosene, hydraulic oil and turbine oil. Final configuration confirmed per contamination conditions.
JY-DX5 in operation: six units deployed across a West African enterprise's six branches — 200+ vehicles and 50+ generators protected, injector failures down 70% per customer records.
