Custom Flow Fuel Filtration Systems

Skid-mounted fuel filtration systems configured around your required flow rate.

Direct Answer

Jingyuan offers custom-flow skid-mounted fuel filtration systems for approximately 3–20 m³/h applications. A customer may require 8 m³/h, 12 m³/h or 18 m³/h while available standard models (JY-DX5 at 5 m³/h, JY-DX40 at 40 m³/h) do not match the required operating capacity exactly — instead of forcing every application into a fixed equipment size, Jingyuan evaluates the required flow and configures an appropriate skid-mounted filtration system around it. Every custom configuration is confirmed by engineering review against fuel type, filtration precision, tank volume and operating conditions.

Why Custom Flow?

Your required flow → engineering configuration.

  • 1
Requirements vary from site to site

Fuel storage and filtration requirements vary from site to site. A customer may require 8 m³/h, 12 m³/h or 18 m³/h, while available standard models may not match the required operating capacity exactly.

  • 2
Don't force the application into a fixed size

Instead of forcing every application into a fixed equipment size, Jingyuan can evaluate the required flow and configure an appropriate skid-mounted filtration system.

  • 3
    The same membrane technology

Custom-flow systems use the same CIS rigid composite membrane core as the standard lineup — regenerable elements, gas-pulse backwash, no disposable filter cartridges.

Standard where possible. Custom where necessary.

Jingyuan provides standardized skid-mounted fuel filtration systems while also offering custom-flow configurations for applications that do not fit standard equipment sizes.

Reading the chart: the custom-flow window (approximately 3–20 m³/h) covers the gap between the JY-DX5 (5 m³/h) and JY-DX40 (40 m³/h) rated capacities — typical between-model requirements such as 8, 12 or 18 m³/h fall inside it. The dashed JY-DX40 VFD band shows adjustable operating flow of approximately 10–40 m³/h, which does not change the system's 40 m³/h rated capacity. Requirements above 60 m³/h are handled by engineering review.

Custom engineering range: The approximate 3–20 m³/h window refers to the typical custom-engineering application range — actual configuration is subject to application evaluation of fuel properties, filtration precision, tank volume and operating conditions. It is not a standard product rated-flow specification, and no flow is guaranteed without engineering review.
Standard or Custom

Which is right for you?

Choose a standard system when

  • Your required flow matches an existing model (5 / 40 / 60 m³/h)
  • You need faster quotation
  • Your application is relatively straightforward
  • Standard configuration meets your operating requirements

View standard systems →

Consider custom flow when

  • Your required flow falls between standard models
  • You need approximately 3–20 m³/h
  • Tank size or operating conditions are unusual
  • You need a specific skid configuration
  • You have special installation requirements
  • You are not sure which standard model fits

What We Need From You

Tell us your required flow.

You do not need to know a Jingyuan model number before contacting us. Five inputs are enough for a first configuration recommendation.

01
Required Flow
e.g. 12 m³/h — an approximate target is enough.
02
Tank Volume
e.g. 100 m³ single tank or total site storage.
03
Fuel Type
e.g. diesel / B50 biodiesel blend.
04
Filtration Requirement
e.g. 5 µm precision or target cleanliness class.
05
Application
e.g. mining / fuel depot / generator.

Jingyuan will recommend an appropriate system configuration — a standard model where one fits, or a custom-flow skid where the duty falls between standard sizes.

Match logic: required flow routes to a standard model (5 / 40 / 60 m³/h) or to a custom-flow evaluation for the approximate 3–20 m³/h window. Fuel type and application refine the configuration. Gasoline and other low-flash-point fuels are outside the applicable range. Final configuration is always confirmed by engineering review.

Sizing estimate: if you do not know your required flow, a preliminary estimate is Required Flow ≈ Tank Volume ÷ Desired Filtration Time — for example, a 100 m³ tank circulated in 8 hours ≈ 12.5 m³/h. Preliminary sizing estimate only: actual system selection requires evaluation of fuel properties, contamination level, filtration precision, pressure and operating conditions.

Standard vs Custom

Standard rated flow · custom engineering range — three different things.

ConceptMeaningExample
Rated FlowThe designed / rated capacity of a specific standard system.JY-DX40 — 40 m³/h rated flow
Adjustable Operating FlowActual operating flow adjusted via control means such as a VFD.JY-DX40 with VFD — approx. 10–40 m³/h adjustable operation
Custom FlowA system configured by engineering to match a specific required flow.Custom-flow skid evaluated around a 12 m³/h requirement
These three concepts are never interchangeable. A VFD adjusts operating flow — it does not raise a system's rated capacity. A custom-flow configuration is engineered per application — it is not a standard rated product range.
FAQ

Custom flow — frequently asked questions.

What flow rates can Jingyuan customize?

Jingyuan can evaluate custom skid-mounted fuel filtration configurations for applications requiring approximately 3–20 m³/h, depending on fuel properties, filtration requirements and system configuration.

Can Jingyuan build a 10 m³/h diesel filtration skid?

Yes. A 10 m³/h requirement can be evaluated as a custom-flow skid configuration. The final system design depends on fuel type, filtration precision, tank volume and operating conditions.

Can you provide a 15 m³/h fuel filtration system?

Yes. Jingyuan can evaluate a custom skid-mounted configuration around the required flow rate.

What if my required flow is between two standard models?

A custom-flow configuration may be appropriate. Jingyuan can evaluate the required flow and recommend a suitable system configuration.

Can JY-DX40 operate at lower flow?

Yes. When equipped with a VFD, JY-DX40 can operate at adjustable flow rates, with an approximate operating range of 10–40 m³/h subject to operating conditions. See JY-DX40 →

Is 3–20 m³/h a standard Jingyuan product range?

No. The 3–20 m³/h figure refers to an approximate custom-engineering application range, not a single standard product rated for all flows in that range.

Do I need to know the Jingyuan model before contacting you?

No. Customers can provide their required flow, tank volume, fuel type and application. Jingyuan can recommend a suitable standard or custom configuration.

Not Sure?
