Practical answers about system selection, diesel fuel polishing, water and particulate removal, membrane filtration, installation, biodiesel applications and project requirements.
System selection depends on required flow, tank volume, installation format, application and fuel condition. As a starting point: JY-G100 is the mobile 2.5 m³/h option, JY-DX5 is approximately 5 m³/h, JY-DX40 and JY-Q325 are approximately 40 m³/h configurations, and JY-DL60 is the 60 m³/h large-flow option. If you are unsure, send us your tank size and application and we can recommend a suitable configuration.
Jingyuan systems are designed primarily for physical separation of free water and particulate contamination. The treatment boundary for emulsified or dissolved water depends on the fuel condition and the specific application. If water removal is a key requirement, provide the fuel condition or test data and Jingyuan can confirm the applicable treatment boundary.
The membrane elements are designed to be cleanable and regenerable rather than treated as disposable cartridges. Typical service life is approximately 2–3 years under specified operating conditions. Actual service life depends on fuel condition, contamination load, operating hours and maintenance practice.
Yes. Biodiesel blends including B20, B30 and B50 are handled as diesel / biodiesel blend filtration applications. Jingyuan systems are fuel filtration systems; biodiesel blend compatibility depends on the specific fuel properties, contamination profile and system configuration. Provide the blend ratio, fuel specification, tank volume and main contamination issue so we can confirm the applicable configuration.
You do not need to prepare a complete technical specification before contacting us. For an initial recommendation, the most useful information is: fuel type, tank / storage volume, required flow (if known), main contamination problem, and installation country / environment. Photos, fuel test data and detailed specifications are helpful but optional at the initial stage. Get a system recommendation →

These are preliminary selection guidelines, not automatic sizing rules. Final selection depends on fuel condition, operating duty and site configuration — circulate the full tank volume in 4–24 hours depending on fuel condition. Compare all systems →
Guideline — circulate the full tank volume in 4–24 hours depending on fuel condition: 100 m³ → JY-DX5 (5 m³/h); 500 m³ → JY-DX40 or JY-Q325 (40 m³/h); 1,000 m³ depot → JY-DL60 (60 m³/h) or multiple units in duty/standby configuration. Confirm with our engineering team.
Yes — fixed systems can serve multiple tanks via a circulation manifold, and the mobile JY-G100 (2.5 m³/h) can be wheeled between tanks in rotation, an economical approach when a dedicated system per tank is not justified.
Both are approximately 40 m³/h, but their deployment logic differs: DX40 is a skid-mounted system for fixed installation (refinery, tank farm, data center), while Q325 is a containerised skid station with an explosion-proof motor for field, remote and mining deployment. See the full DX40 vs Q325 comparison →
DL60 is a large-flow skid hub (60 m³/h) that relies on customer-supplied pipeline pressure (inlet 0.2–0.4 MPa), suited to fuel depots, ports and power plants where pumping infrastructure already exists. If your site does not have this infrastructure, DX40 or Q325 may be a more practical starting point.
Yes. As the manufacturer we can adapt flow configuration, filtration precision options, interface sizes (e.g. DN100 PN16), materials and explosion-proof options to site requirements, confirmed against factory engineering review.
The systems are designed for physical separation of free water and particulate contamination (sediment, rust, suspended solids) from diesel. Sludge and tank deposits are addressed through circulation duty. Removal efficiency is traceable to factory test data.
Diesel is the primary application across the product range. The JY-DX5 can additionally be configured for specified kerosene, hydraulic oil and turbine oil, and the JY-G100 for hydraulic oil below 46#. Media compatibility must always be confirmed for the specific model and operating conditions (flash point ≥38°C). Gasoline and other low-flash-point media are not supported. Always confirm media compatibility before ordering.
Sediment and suspended solids are removed by the membrane elements during circulation. Heavier sludge and tank-bottom deposits are managed through continuous tank circulation — the system draws from and returns to the tank, progressively conditioning the fuel inventory.
Not sure what type of water is present? Send us a fuel test result or describe the condition — Jingyuan can confirm the applicable treatment boundary.
Jingyuan's core technology: a rigid composite polymer membrane that physically separates free water and particulate contamination from diesel. Unlike disposable cartridge media, the membrane elements are designed to be regenerated in place rather than replaced at every clog — with a designed service life of 2–3 years, after which the membrane core is replaced as planned maintenance.
The Jingyuan membrane elements are designed as regenerable filtration elements rather than conventional disposable filter cartridges. This is intended to reduce dependence on consumable media and the associated replacement downtime. See the full comparison →
The membrane elements are regenerated in place — the systems use gas-pulse regeneration to restore flux without disassembly. The applicable regeneration procedure depends on the model and operating conditions; refer to model-specific technical data.
The JY-Q325 containerised station is designed for outdoor and field deployment and can reduce the need for conventional civil works. Final site preparation depends on ground conditions, lifting access, piping, electrical connection and local requirements. Skid systems (DX5, DX40, DL60) are typically installed indoors or under shelter — confirm outdoor skid installation with our engineering team against local climate.
It depends on the model: JY-DX40 and JY-Q325 include an integrated 7.5 kW explosion-proof pump; JY-G100 is a self-contained mobile trolley. JY-DX5 and JY-DL60 are supplied without integrated motors or pumps — customers configure drive equipment according to site conditions, with DL60 typically operating on customer-supplied pipeline pressure (inlet 0.2–0.4 MPa).
Systems ship pre-assembled: skid units connect piping and power, then commission and run; the JY-G100 trolley rolls into place beside the tank. Interface sizes vary by model (e.g. DN80 quick connector on DX40, DN100 PN16 on DL60).
Installation time depends on piping, electrical connection, site preparation and commissioning requirements. Containerised Q325 deployment requires the least site work; skid installations depend on existing infrastructure at your facility.
No. Jingyuan systems are diesel fuel filtration and polishing systems, not B50-specific filters. Biodiesel blend compatibility depends on the specific fuel properties, contamination profile and system configuration. Blends such as B20, B30 and B50 are evaluated as diesel / biodiesel blend filtration applications against your fuel specification, tank volume and duty cycle before a configuration is confirmed.
Biodiesel blends may require additional attention to fuel cleanliness, water management and storage conditions, including microbial and sludge-related contamination associated with long-term storage. Jingyuan treats these as application-assessment topics — tell us your blend and storage conditions for an evaluation.
Yes — biodiesel's hygroscopic nature means water management is a key concern in B50 storage. Blend-specific behaviour should be evaluated according to your fuel specification. Tell us your blend, tank volume and contamination condition for an application assessment.
Pricing depends mainly on flow capacity, system configuration, installation requirements, explosion-proof requirements and destination. As the manufacturer, Jingyuan quotes factory-direct — send your fuel type, tank volume, required flow (if known) and application for a matched configuration and budget indication. We normally respond within one business day.
Basic information is enough for an initial discussion: tank volume, required flow rate (if known), fuel type and blend, current fuel condition (water, sediment, sludge), installation environment and destination country. Optional: site photos, fuel test data and target cleanliness specification.
JY-Q325 and JY-DX40 ship with explosion-proof motors and explosion-proof electrical switches as standard. JY-DX5 and JY-DL60 are supplied without integrated motors or pumps — customers configure the drive equipment according to site conditions.
Yes. We serve Asia, Africa, the Middle East and selected international markets from our Tieling factory (14,000 m², vertically integrated).
Tell us your fuel type, tank size and main problem. If you know the required flow, include it — otherwise, our engineering team can help determine a suitable starting point. You do not need to prepare a complete technical specification before contacting us.
