Up to 40 m³/h rated flow, with VFD-adjustable operation from approximately 10–40 m³/h — one standardized skid for diesel storage tanks, fuel depots, mining operations, generator fuel systems and industrial fuel storage.
The JY-DX40 is a skid-mounted diesel fuel filtration and polishing system rated at 40 m³/h, with 8 independent CIS rigid composite membrane groups for fuel depot, refinery and industrial duty. With a variable frequency drive (VFD), operating flow can be adjusted to actual requirements — an approximate operating range of 10–40 m³/h from one standardized skid. CIS rigid composite membrane achieves capture efficiency ≥98% @ ≥5 µm (optional 2/5/10/15/20 µm) with simultaneous free-water removal ≥95% and 30-second gas-pulse regeneration, no disposable filter cartridges.

Fuel filtration requirements are not always constant. Tank volume, fuel condition, contamination level and operating schedules can differ significantly from one application to another.
The JY-DX40 can be equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD), allowing the operator to adjust pump speed and filtration flow according to actual operating conditions.
Instead of purchasing separate filtration systems for different flow requirements, one JY-DX40 provides an approximate operating range of 10–40 m³/h, subject to fuel properties, filtration precision, system pressure and operating conditions.
Water, sludge and particulates enter with the fuel stream.
Rigid composite polymer membrane captures particles and strips free water.
Compressed air clears the membrane surface — no cartridges.
Fuel returns at target cleanliness.
Suitable for small storage tanks, slow circulation filtration, routine fuel polishing, and heavily contaminated fuel that benefits from controlled, lower-flow processing.
Suitable for medium-size diesel tanks, routine fuel purification, mining fuel storage, generator fuel systems and industrial fuel storage.
Suitable for fuel depots, tank transfer operations, large diesel storage tanks, faster filtration cycles and higher-throughput industrial applications.
Running at a lower flow rate can be useful when treating smaller tanks, heavily contaminated fuel or applications requiring longer contact and controlled filtration conditions.
Higher flow rates can be selected when faster tank turnover or higher processing capacity is required.
With VFD control, the JY-DX40 provides this flexibility without requiring a different skid for every flow requirement.
→ Lower flow for gentle, controlled treatment
→ Medium flow for routine purification
→ Higher flow for shorter processing cycles
For diesel storage and circulation filtration where different tank sizes require different processing rates — including tank-farm circulation and transfer-line duty.
For diesel storage and fuel management at mining sites, where a skid-mounted system provides mobility and operational flexibility.
For diesel polishing and storage-tank circulation where continuous or periodic filtration is required, including base-load generator duty.
For factories, engineering facilities and other industrial users requiring flexible fuel purification capacity.
For storage tank maintenance and diesel quality management, subject to site configuration and local requirements.
For customers with changing or uncertain fuel-processing requirements, a VFD-equipped JY-DX40 can provide greater operating flexibility than a fixed-speed filtration system.
The same skid can be adjusted for different tank sizes and operating conditions, helping customers avoid purchasing multiple filtration units solely because their required flow rates vary — improving equipment utilization and enabling scalable operation from a single standardized skid.
Customers do not always know their long-term fuel filtration requirement when purchasing their first system.
A VFD-equipped JY-DX40 provides a practical middle-capacity solution: the system can operate at lower flow rates when demand is limited and increase the flow rate as processing requirements grow.
This can be particularly useful for customers who want to start with one versatile skid-mounted filtration system rather than purchasing several fixed-flow units.
No. 40 m³/h is the rated flow capacity. When equipped with a VFD, the operating flow can be adjusted according to actual application requirements, with an approximate operating range of 10–40 m³/h.
Yes. With VFD control, the system can operate at a lower flow rate when required. Actual achievable flow depends on fuel properties, filtration precision, pressure and operating conditions.
Yes. VFD flow adjustment allows the same skid to be operated at different flow rates according to tank size and processing requirements.
The rated flow is 40 m³/h. Actual operating flow may vary depending on fuel properties, filtration precision and system operating conditions.
A VFD allows pump speed and filtration flow to be adjusted according to actual operating requirements, providing greater flexibility than a fixed-speed configuration.
No. The approximate 10–40 m³/h operating range should not be interpreted as a guaranteed flow under every fuel and filtration condition. Actual performance depends on fuel viscosity, temperature, contamination level, filtration precision, pressure and other system conditions.
It can be suitable when the required filtration capacity is within its operating range. VFD control allows the system to operate at lower flow rates when full capacity is not required.
Yes. The JY-DX40 can be configured for diesel fuel filtration and polishing applications. The appropriate filtration precision and system configuration should be selected according to the fuel condition and required cleanliness level.
Designed service life is 2–3 years. Fast backwash significantly lowers operation and maintenance cost.
Only 30 seconds of gas-pulse backwash restores initial flux to over 95%.
No. The standardized skid design enables quick site connection and commissioning.
It is only suitable for diesel with flash point ≥38°C. Gasoline and similar media are strictly prohibited.
Free-water removal efficiency reaches ≥95%. Dissolved water is not removed.
Yes. Stainless steel material, automated control and other flow/interface configurations are available.
