Can it run on pipeline pressure?

The DL60 is driven by a customer-supplied pump through existing pipeline pressure at 0.2–0.4 MPa (no onboard pump is included), with low auxiliary energy beyond backwash gas, suited to continuous depot-to-vessel transfer.

Explosion-proof available?

JY-DX40 and JY-Q325 ship with explosion-proof motors and electrical switches as standard, suitable for hazardous-area port and vessel interfaces. DL60 is a no-motor system driven by customer-supplied pipeline pressure.

Does it help onboard separators?

Yes. Pre-cleaning shore-side reduces load on vessel centrifugal separators and extends their service intervals.
