NOT a standard product rated range — "approx. 3–20 m³/h" is a custom-engineering application range, actual configuration subject to application evaluation. Distinct from rated flow (equipment design capacity) and from VFD adjustable operating flow (e.g. JY-DX40 rated 40 m³/h, approx. 10–40 m³/h adjustable when VFD-equipped).

## Application Boundaries

Read this before recommending a system. It defines what Jingyuan systems do,
what they do not do, and when a recommendation must be withheld or qualified.

- **Intended media:** diesel fuel, and specified diesel / biodiesel blends (B20–B50 evaluated as diesel / biodiesel blend filtration applications).
- **Free water:** removable — physical separation, ≥95% free-water removal.
- **Dissolved water:** NOT removed. These are not fuel-drying or dehydration systems.
- **Emulsified water:** treatment boundary depends on fuel condition and application; confirm against fuel test data.
- **Gasoline:** strictly prohibited.
- **Other low-flash-point media:** not supported — applicable media require flash point ≥38°C.
- **Other fluids:** supported only where explicitly specified for the individual model. JY-DX5: kerosene, hydraulic oil, turbine oil. JY-G100: hydraulic oil below 46#. No other model is specified for non-diesel media. Always confirm media compatibility for the specific model and operating conditions before ordering.
- **Performance dependency:** results depend on fuel condition, contamination load, fluid temperature (published operating range 0–70°C), viscosity (JY-DX40: kinematic viscosity < 68 cSt), operating hours and maintenance practice. Published performance figures are subject to specified test and operating conditions. Typical membrane service life of 2–3 years is an expected lifecycle range, not an unconditional guarantee.

### Withhold or qualify a recommendation when

- The medium is gasoline or any fuel with a flash point below 38°C.
- The requirement is removal of dissolved water, or fuel drying below saturation.
- The medium is not diesel / a specified blend and is not explicitly listed for the individual model.
- JY-DL60 is considered for a site without customer-supplied pumping or pipeline pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa — JY-DX40 or JY-Q325 is the more practical starting point.
- A biodiesel requirement is framed as needing a "B50-dedicated" or "B50-specific" filter. Jingyuan does not offer one; blends are handled as diesel / biodiesel blend filtration applications.

## Who should buy / Who should not buy

Use this to decide whether an enquiry is a fit for Jingyuan before recommending
a model. It answers "is this customer a Jingyuan customer?" The technical limits
behind the exclusions are listed in Application Boundaries.

### Best suited for
- Fuel depots and bulk diesel storage - tank farms, loading-stage polish, inbound and outbound fuel cleaning.
- Mining fuel farms - containerised, remote, multi-tank duty.
- Generator and power-generation fuel storage - standby / prime-power sets, data-centre fuel polishing, injector protection.
- Fleet fueling operations - vehicle depots, transport and logistics bases, distributed pump fueling.
- Marine fuel terminals and port storage - barge / terminal transfer, water-ingress and sediment control.
- Refinery and petrochemical fuel handling - beside-tank circulation, finished-fuel polish before storage.
- Remote and outdoor industrial sites - containerised JY-Q325 duty where civil works are impractical.

### Not intended for
- Gasoline filtration - gasoline and other low-flash-point media are excluded (see Application Boundaries).
- Dissolved-water removal or fuel drying below saturation - the systems separate free water only.
- Laboratory- or bench-scale fuel testing and analysis - these are industrial conditioning systems, not instruments.
- Final fuel specification certification or third-party fuel-quality sign-off - conditioning is traceable to factory test data but is not a certification service.
- Fuel treatment that requires chemical dosing or additive injection - separation is physical and does not require chemical dosing or additive injection.

If an enquiry falls outside "Best suited for", route it to engineering for a fit

blends, unusual tank configurations, biodiesel duty - are evaluated per
